GM website

I'm looking for someone to build something quite simple: a web site that has one page with a map (from google maps) with location I will provide. In the side of the map there is an option to change location by putting new address. the visitor can choose categories which apear on map (with markers), such as restaurants, spa, clothing shops etc. I'm aware that Google Maps provides its own categories but I want my own options, so I can add places that GM do not show and to vanish places I do not want they will be shown. I need the script so I will be able to add places in DB and also I provide diferrent icons for any kind of type in category. every click on place will pop-up a window I will put inside opening hours.
