Need to create vector images for Wall Stickers

I have 200 wall decals designs photos in jpg. I need to extract the vector part from that design and create a vector image in EPS or AI format with high quality and sharpness. These designs have to be saved in svg file and ai file (300dpi), so that I can resize/ edit the design depending on my print job. You will need to design solid color vector image. After you are done with this design, i need you to integrate this with new wall decal design into interior photo (living room, bed room, kitchen, dining room, bath room etc) Let me know if you're able to get these INTERIOR PHOTOS legally (with license). Please don't copy others people interior photo without permission and submit your work to me. I do not want to run into copyright problem. If you CANNOT get these INTERIOR PHOTOS just put it down in your bid. If you CAN get this photo, write that down too. I will only approve designs based on the aforementioned criteria. Please pm me your PORTFOLIO with design work you have done before for consideration (experience, expertise etc). If you're in a design team, let me know how many team members are planning to work on this project and pm me each of their portfolios. Please see attachment for better idea of this project.
