Bridging the Gap Logo Refinement

We have an idea/skecth of what we want our logo to look like. However, it needs to be polished and provided in several formats for printing, silk screening, web design, stationery, business cards, etc. Would like a minimum of three (3) designs to choose from (i.e., font, tagline placement, etc.). Prefer the colors used to remain similar. This is for a ministry that is a part of our church. We are looking for bids in the $30-$100 range. We also want the copyrights to the design and all formats via a CD or email (preferably).
