Make logo from sketch

Hi, We need to make the attached logo (the heart shaped one) into a real HQ logo. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn sketch into a real design. This is for a jewlery designer - so you will get the point. The logo should go well on multi-color background as well on single color(s). If you feel that you can do it, please submit previous similar work. If you want the job right away - send us a quick mock-up of how this would look like.
