Need a comic character created

I need a comic character created. Here are the details. The character consists of numerous subconscious attributes of truth within all humanity. I am attempting to put all of them in a single character to produce a positive healing subconscious hypnotic result. Here are the details. Concept - Bright shining Sun in the sky. Picture of Fishing-Sailboat (british style) - written on this sailboat is "CURE FOR ALL DISEASE" Picture of White Rabbit standing on the bow of the boat (facing directly at the viewer) in the water - a sea of piranha's and only one black fin tuna. (The Rabbit Characteristics) - will have a big green seabag he is carring on his shoulder. - Will have oversize (iron-looking laced shoes) - Will wear Prada sunglasses - Will wear a medical bracelet on each wrist (one that says KOWALSKY, the other SMALLWOOD - upside down) - He will have a black & white striped shirt (tucked) - He will have white karate pants (on the pants will be an inverted pyramid - right leg) - He will have a crocodile (lacoste) logo on his shirt. - His Left ear will be receiving a sound (his hand should be on his ear as if listening to something) - His other hand a fishing pole. - He will be positioned as if looking directly at you. - On his wrist will be a handcuff (as if broken with the broken chain hanging down) - He will wear a black aussie hat. Printed on this hat is "88/44" in blue text. - He will wear a okinawa flower (karate kid) headband - He will have bandage about his left eye - He will wear a red jacket with white collar over his shirt. - He will wear a native american necklace (in the middle of the necklace a gold wedding ring) - at the foot of the rabbit, a football and a stone with a sword in it. - On his face below his mouth right corner a beauty mark. - in the middle of his black & white stripe shirt a big medical red cross. - Will have a side wound on his right side (bandaged up) This is a noble project.
