Need 2D or 3D 'Nanny' Character designing

I need a fun nanny character designing for use both on a website and in a logo. The character should be fun but traditional (think mary poppins) Ideally this should be 3d and may require some lip movement (this will be posted as a seperate project) The character should be on a transparent background and be available in high resolution. Time is an important factor, I really need something this evening.. Thanks
