I can do this very smoothly. We will collect all the upcoming information through website and it will be place into Database. So you want a 2/3page website? A homepage with some photoes and information, and a page talking specifically about the upcoming summit? What if we added a an extrapage, so the initial page is simple and an introduction, then an"about us" page for details? We could even add a gallery (Please note, I wont be making you a gallery for the cost of my bid, but that's an option if you want an extra), and of course you want the special summit page and maybe a contact us page? I can do that for you, if you provide the photoes and text content i'll need. Now, having users being able to input data into your website isn't hard, the trick is being able to secure it. My bid is very low, so i'm not going to promise you the world. I will make you a simple, password protected page that will contain a form. Anyone who has access to that page can then enter in details, which will update a google doc spreadsheet. You can give out access to that google doc to specific individuals to modify or view, so perhaps you can let teachers overview what's been placed. I understand I have no reviews and that may scare you, aswell as my location being Mexico - But I am actually English, I just live here for my family. We wont have any trouble, language or timezone wise. With clear communication and the escrow system, I hope you can trust me. With what i've said above you can see I know what i'm talking about.
