Edit wordpress theme & design new header

Hey Designers & Developers, I have a clients website www.jacksplant.co.uk. This website needs a) to be transferred to a new domain name b) have a new simple logo created and placed in the header (replacing the existing one) c) updates to the search functionality as follows: --- 1) Product pages to have price in green instead of red --- 2) Need the ability to add 15 images not just 8 as it currently is (for each product) --- 3) Every new product added needs to be able to be added to an existing category & also give the admin the ability to create a new category & add products to that category. (all categories need to show on the categories drop down menu located in the sidebar & have the option for the admin to disable an individual category from showing in the dropdown menu) --- 4) All products need to have the ability to be added to the slider on the home page - no matter which category they are located in --- 5) Used Trucks to become part of the normal search function My normal developer is unable to complete these works for the foreseeable future, hence why im putting this project out to you guys. Lets get this completed asap :)
