move yii blueimp upload form - test site to new site

we replaced uploadify with blueimp on the test site. check here: [login to view URL] as you can see it's tested and fully working. 1. your job is to move it to the new site. the new site has a new the template. I have the new css template ready for the upload form. The form is already in CSS format 2. your second job is to apply the upload form. see attached screenshot 3. make sure it's uploading and working. -- i have to mention this because some freelancers refused to make features functional if we don't mention it. they want to charge more money. 4. lot of css uses the same class. So while you fix one thing, another might break. Most of these class issue however have been resolved. if you break it, you have to fix it. Thanks
