Auction website - CS:GO virtual items

Hello freelancers! I have thought about building a website like this for a while, but havent really taken it to the next step yet, but i am doing it now as it just came out something similar to what i am looking for ([login to view URL]), they actually make a fair profit. Please check out the site so it could give you an idea. How it works: * Users sign up useing Steam (very easy) * Users can get credits by either 1) Real money (different payment methods) - needs to be automated! 2) Deposit virtual items (CS:GO) (i already have this bot/script ready for depositing items. * In our database/admin panel we (admins) can create new listings/auctions with what item, price, credits for place bid etc. * Our users place bids (cost credits each time a bid is placed, this is also how we are going to manage the profit) and the total value of the auction goes up $0.01 each time a new bid is placed. * The winner would have to pay the total amount, either in credits on site or real money. * We will be giving these items manually to the winner over time, if it somehow could be automated, that would be cool, but i doubt it, and it would take time to implement so just forget about it for now. Everything would be made from scratch, i already have hosting ready. You need to also know how to build a very simple, but yet very nice design, also capable on phone. My budget for this as of now is $1500. I would highly appreciate if you have any knowledge within either Steam or CS:GO as it would be easier for us to talk between eachother, you need to be good at english!
