3 page website OFFER KING LIST A PROPERTY (Any licenced realtor can list a property) OFFER ON A PROPERTY (anyone can offer on a property) ($25 CAD cost per offer) When someone lists a property, they must fill it the following -address, description, pictures (have an auto link to pull information from the internet) also must submit offer deadline date and time with an active counter counting down minutes aswell as live number of offers counted -contact information Have search bar to search properties that are listed If someone wants to offer, they must pay $25 (Would like to link all payment methodes, paypal, visa, mastercard and any other to make convenient) They must fill out the following -address of property -are you a buyer or a realtor -do you currently work with a realtor (if yes, who?) -offer price -Closing date -deposit ($) -conditions to include and time frame(financing, home inspection, insurance or any other special terms) -contact information (If your offer is selected you will have 24 hrs to submit a full formal offer. If you do not submit the formal offer within the time frame we will move on to the next best!) -When someone post a property on the website they receive email confirming, they also receive an email every time there is a new offer submission -when someone pays the fee and send the offer in there is an email confirming all details sent to the person who made the offer The $25 CAD fee comes to me through my paypal account
