CMS with Ecommerce features

Hi, I have an existing website ([login to view URL]) with OS commerce implantation on top of the portal and but its not correctly configured by the developer. Order page on portal have hard coded product details and order management is pretty flat, not link to catalogues or product. I want to rebuild this portal with ecommerce enabled. Following basic features I need in this protal. 1. Website content management ( Home page, order page, blog, gallery, contact us, About us etc.) 2. Order management, product Catalogues/categories, products, customers, pricing management etc. 3. Payment options at this point I am only looking for COD (cash on Delivery) 4. Order life cycle management( creation, confirmation, Delivery, completion etc) 5. User management, by roles and by function (order processing stages) 6. Email and SMS Notification options (SMS Sending APIs will be provided) 7. Theme should be responsive and accessible on mobile with ease. My preference will be wordpress with WooCommerce but would love hear pros and cons about different frameworks for implementing this requirements like OS commerce etc.. Thanks, Jawed
