I need a file program of a banner ad in .gif or .jpg The banner ad is a "rotating type" The following is a copy of the ad, but it must be re-sized, AND, any part of the banner ad that refers to "CABLE, or Cable Assembly, or any ref. similar to "Cable", needs to be DELETED. The finished banner ad would then ONLY be the parts of the below ad that refer to ROPE, and Made In USA, and Quality, as it is now in the below ad. To further clarify, the banner finished ad will be all the same, except no mention of Cable or Cable Assembly. The size of the banner ad has to be: 728 x 90 pixel ad graphic that is 48kb or less. This spec is required by the publisher who will be putting the ad onto their website. As long as the ad is sized as noted above, the publisher will approve it for publication, and you will be paid immediately. The ad is a "rotatable ad", so it must rotate in the same fashion as : [login to view URL] If you bid on this, you must state that you have actually programmed files for rotating ads. If you have examples or rotating ads you have done, please include. If you do not have examples, you will still be considered. Please state the turn - around time to completion.
