Design an App Mockup

I need a user experience design for network-based asset management. Assets send periodic status updates as well as events (startup, shutdown, etc). The application will be used on both desktops and mobile devices. Assets are distributed around the country, so it should be easy to navigate from the system view down to a state or city. The application is focused on people who need to diagnose and solve problems affecting one or more assets.
