Re-Design of existing Website

The Original Webpage of is a Website of a car-vendor which should be redesigned. Here are coming the basic-facts for the project: It´s a car vendor wich has one pages but two branches in two cities (shown both on the same page). Also they´ve got a service station. The new page should be appearing in fresh and modern design. They´ve got some content inside the page which is coming from servers of other companies and which we should parse onto the page or embed as IFrames. Some more facts they told me: # Special offers should be prominent on starting page (Slider?) # on starting page should be an area for news as well # responsive view need to be available # they car offers should be implemented (actually as iframe, please check that) # Social Media Buttons need to be integrated. Instructions you find here [login to view URL];zoom=1 # We need an area (for example on head) where we show a girl wich is holding a phone in her hand and two phone numbers (one for each office) next to the photo to invite the clients for a direct call. # they want to show a field where you can place your call back request. The belonging form should contain only a field for name, a field for phone and a radio button where you can select one of the two offices which should call you. - Take care this has to work on smartphone as well! for the call-back-form we need a special function: If someone enters a phone-number, there should be send several emails to several receivers (depending on selected office). The Email should NOT contain the phone-Number. It should contain an information and a unique link (depending on email-adress) which opens a webpage where the information (Phone-Number and Name and selected Office) are shown. If he has called the customer, he need to press a button and the window can be closed. If one other person is opening their link, he will receive the same window, but it should be marked as "opened by" already and if the other has submitted the button, then as "called by".
