Design for simple adult website

I am looking for someone to design a simple adult website. The tour will have 3-4 pages, that will need to be sliced and prepared for a developer to integrate php into the pages to display dynamic updates. The updates would consist of images and a preview video. There would also need to be a template for the members' area.? Again, this is a very simple site in terms of functionality so it might not be much work for someone who has a template for this type of thing and wants to plug in some images. It would need to be sliced up and prepared as html for the developer. Thanks
