Develop a web based "TV" lottery draw system

Good Day, We run a lottery numbers website ([login to view URL]). We would like to create a web feed/stream which shows the lottery balls being drawn (We will pull results from an RSS feed). Please see an example of what we had in mind. We are looking for something with the same concept but a different and improved design. Needs to be creative, innovative and attractive. View our website to understand a little more The results will pull from an RSS feed and will update the video feed automatically. We can then stream the webfeed on our website. Please quote "Video watched" in your proposal. Costs and time important. We need to have this by Thursday next week (if possible). Look forward to proposals. Thanks
