EHP website

I am looking for someone to build the website from a wordpress theme. I have found a couple of themes i think would work and need someone to build it out. I have built the wireframe architecture for the site shown in the website powerpoint presentation attached. Level 1 being Home page Level 2 being the headers main page Level 3 child of headers main page Level 4 Landing page for specific area for which the company provides. Level 5 Case studies grouped Level 6 Case studies specific to actual job Level 7 - Privicy policy, terms & conditions & sitemp. etc etc. explained in the excel document I have all the photos and the text for each of the pages.
