Finalize my logo

I have created a scientifically sound, highly effective, all natural nutrient recipe to add to plants that allows them to thrive. It is a natural alternative to toxic pesticides/herbicides that works with the plant's environment, rather than killing the life around the plant. My friends all buy it and have convinced me that I should sell it. My goal is to sell it in local garden supply stores as well as online. After that, I'd like to sell it to landscapers, to be used for commercial contracts. To accomplish my goals, my first step is to have the idea for my logo finalized. I haven’t even created business cards or packaging for my product yet, so I need the logo finished first. The local spring thaw is right around the corner; the early bird gets the worm, so to speak! Once my product is in the local store, I would like to have my marketing materials created (informational flyers to market to other store owners, as well as pamphlets for customers). Around this time, I would also like to get my website up and available for online orders. All in all, my project has natural benchmarks, so I need someone who is willing to stick with the project to the end. I’m looking for a creative person who has an artist’s eye, but is also well versed in creating marketing materials for a target audience, in print and online. Furthermore, this person will need the skills to create a website, and perhaps offer advice in other forms of online networking. Please see the attached file for my ideas for the logo.
