Glass candle design for outside of candle

Someone that can create art or stickers that will stick to the glass and not come off in a dishwasher or with water I need rhinestone sparkly things very girly very cute I have a million ideas I need to share with someone that is local and that can help me get this started for my candles the outside of the candle. Also a logo designer to put on the bottom for my logo and to help me create it this may be a big project and could be difficult for some people who don't have the same mindset as me so if you think you got what it takes and have a creative mind this is for you. The price is obviously will depend on the amount of work I need you to do and I'd like to see what you could do with a few ideas that I have thank you.. I need graphic designers that will help me with my ideas to put on to the glass on the outside of the candle someone that can take my ideas and bring them to life I really need help from creative people I like lots of sparkles rhinestones and it's just going to be a lot of creative cool ideas let me know if you're up to the challenge also keep in mind that the candles will be made in stemless wine glasses thank you and jars and so on and so forth
