Good day, I believe I can help with your request, if it is a clear, good quality image I think I can achieve the results you are hoping for. If you are looking to have more of the effect and feel of the Bill Murray shot that shouldn't be a problem but if you want to have that kind of stylized illustrated look it may be more tricksy.
