8x hero elements with videos for our website

For our website we want to create 8 hero elements with video in it. They all have the exact same structure. Before further explanations: What we need is pretty similar to the first element on the top of that page [login to view URL] It should show a screen with some kind of mock content (e.g. a wireframe), so that the content of the screen is not readable by the user and doesn't distract. In front of that screen there should be a bubble with someone looking inside a webcam (like in a video conference) and presenting whats on the screen. We need 8 different versions that differ in the people that are visible inside the webcam and differ in the mockup content that is visible on the screen (e.g. there should be something that looks like a chart with rising numbers, on another screen there should be some kind of code visible). Stock videos can/should be used, but we expect you to make suggestions which videos to use. Licenses will be bought by us after discussing them with you. Technically, you can deliver 8 videos with anything in it or you might also deliver 8 html/css/js elements (in case you think it is better to use html/css to animate the different elements). Choice is up to you. As we want to discuss different options with you, it might be best for you to offer an hourly rate. This way, it does not matter, if we do several cycles on the design and payment will be fair for you. :)
