Make changes to my Wordpress website

My site is www.yorkshireaccountancy.co.uk. I feel that it is too busy now. Too colourful! Need to get back to basics. I need someone who is creative and an expert with Wordpress. I have ideas (see below) but I expect someone to add their own creativity to this too. I really like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Perhaps we can take some inspiration from these? Here are my ideas: - 1. Keep current theme design. 2. I like the follow us at the top of [login to view URL] - click this and it opens up links to social media. 3. The inner pages ([login to view URL]) are also really nice. good clear messages, good call back forms, nice images, narrow banner etc. So tweak and update my inner pages. 4. Love the request a call back image and form - [login to view URL] - use this idea on my inner pages 5. Change needed to my home page - white background on top and main, contrasting colour on navigation bar, new images on slider with white background (I can provide), perhaps new messages on slider, creative calls to action under the slider, clear subscribe to my newsletter, clear follow us, like us etc 6. Inner pages - narrow banner at the top - call back form, links to latest tweets, blogs 7. Links on the team page need to work, update email addresses 8. I'm thinking different colours somewhere on each service page This is a start. I expect some inspiration from you too please. I love this theme but it could be so much better I think. Let me know your thoughts. Please show me examples of your Wordpress theme work.
