Need presentation suitable document for printing -- 2

I have an old copy that was offset printed previously that I would like updated so that it is suitable for framing. I am not looking for a copy of what I already have, but updated look so it is eye catching and appealing. I would expect 2-5 different concepts. I've uploaded a scan of the existing document. The text is black and the symbols are a goldish in the current document.
