Photo Editing for Print Ad

I am looking for a photo editor who can assist me with editing 18 photos for a print ad. The photos require color correction, retouching, and shadow removal. Style and Look: I am open to suggestions and would appreciate the editor's expertise in determining the best style for the final edited photos. Preferred Format: The final edited photos should be in JPEG and TIFF format.
