Need more details , is ur prestashop version 1.6 ? Do u want to calculate rate based on weight of products ? Also do u want to put a limit as i have done similar work in which client told me to put a limit using which he can decide like 0-10 kg this much rate for this country like that same logic which aramex n fedex apply .
