Programmer / Developer Needed For Building Site (working with app developer)

I currently run an online sports game and iOS app that is tied into it. We are in the next stage of our business plan which is to rebuild everything from scratch. The code we are using was purchased from someone else as an "uncompleted project". We made the code the way we wanted it, and it works, but we are at the point that we need new code from scratch. Here are the requirements of the job. 1.) Must be able to start work right away. 2.) Must be available whenever my iOS developer is available on Skype or E-mail. 3.) This job must be your only focus 4.) Must have good knowledge of PHP/MySQL/HTML/Web 2.0 5.) Must have some knowledge of global sports - moderate understanding required. 6.) Must be responsive to any/all requests made by my iOS developer 7.) Prefer to be around Moscow/Saint Petersburg, Russia time zone as that is where iOS developer is located, but location is not important as long as you can meet his time requirements. 8.) Programming must be your sole job, not a part time job. We need this project done ASAP. Note about payments: Payment will be made weekly to you on Friday for hours completed, as long as milestones are met. We will discuss these milestones and set them together.
