Video search engine-tagging and categorising youtube videos

I'd like to build a website that allows users to search through a carefully curated set of youtube links that I categorised. For example, let's say my website is about Do It Yourself Home Renovations. I'd have a frontpage that would have a search bar and links to specific renovation categories. In this example, I'd have categories such as: Roofing Tiling Kitchen Bathroom Carpets Etc... Within each of those categories, I would have sub-categories, e.g.: Category: Kitchen -Sinks -Cupboards -Benches -Stove Installation I (the website owner) will then go to youtube and find tutorial videos demonstrating how to install sinks, cupboards, etc. I would upload links to these videso to a back-end interface on my website and tag them appropriately (e.g. Kitchen>Sinks). People could then search my website for kitchen sink videos They would see a number of results specific to their query and can further filter these results. . Each of these results should have a landing page where people can view the youtube video on my website (not directed to youtube). On this landing page, people should be able to rate the video and leave a review out of five stars. These reviews are visible during the search/filter process I mentioned earlier, so that the top rated videos appear at the top of the search results. I would like a login system that creates user profiles. People can 'star' videos that they like and these videos will appear in their saved videos. Here, people can also advertise any videos that they themselves have created and uploaded to youtube. It is critical that the website is endlessly scalable. I will always be adding new categories and sub categories, so I need a website with a robust back-end that will allow me to dynamically update my categories quickly. In essence, I am looking for something similar to the search style of [login to view URL] however the videos will be focused on youtube, not on my server. I am also more focused on specific categorisation/filtering, more search results per page, and the ability for users to rate the video links.
