Requirements: Strong artistic and graphic design skills, with a keen eye for composition, color theory, and typography. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools. Familiarity with YouTube and an understanding of thumbnail best practices and trends. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the team to comprehend the essence of each video and translate it into a captivating thumbnail. Terms and Compensation: This is a freelance position with a project-based compensation structure.
