I need an HTML5 prototype built for an e-learning app that is currently in Flash but needs to be migrated to HTML5 in the future. The app is for Students to play through assigned content and for Teachers to manage their student profiles and assign content to them. Teachers should also be able to search for content from an existing Digital Library. The prototype I need should be a responsive app that recommends content to the teachers based on what the most popular lessons at a certain grade level are, the most popular lessons on subjects they teach, most popular lessons in the application and lessons that are currently hot or trending. Kind of like how Netflix handles recommendations and profiles. Think of the movie images that Netflix recommends as Lessons for Teachers. My main goal through this prototype is to come out with a really good & functional UI design (The back-end is not so important at this stage). The UI and UX design is of paramount importance.

Firstly, I need a good customer reviews and you can pay less fee to code your web. We can negotiate it. Of course, the duration depends on task. I can do the development in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJs, JQuery, and plain Js but I am not web designer. I am a software engineer. If there is a web design. I can code it. Good luck!
