Small change to jQuery Mobile app: add wait screen for single page navigation

This codebase has a lot of churn, so you will need to make your changes fast to avoid having to re-merge. See formatted version of these requirements here: [login to view URL] The changes should be done in SPA version of the app (src/client/html/[login to view URL]). You will need to add a new partial to src/client/html/partials and reference it from route and exit pages here: src/client/html/pages. Whenever new route is loading while navigating to route page or to exit page, blank screen is displayed.  Instead of blank screen we want to give indication to the user that they should wait. For this task we need: 1. Search google images (or similar service) for an animating gif image that displays loading UI, for example this:  2. The loading the screen should be overlaid with the following text: "Loading destination: <[login to view URL]>". Title should be exactly as calculated by RouteViewModel.title.  3. Once the route is loaded, wait screen should disappear. 4. Once wait screen disappears, new event should be logged to telemetry ([login to view URL]) with a measurement showing number of milliseconds the screen was showing for.
