HTML5/ CSS3 animator to fix buggy media query behaviour in a banner

I have an already created and existing HTML5 banner. This banner have a flow with 3 elements that will do some simple CSS3 intro animation. The banner is built with responsive media queries for smartphone (max-width: 320px) and tablet (max-width: 768px). THE ISSUE / YOUR TASK: Running the banner on a direct direct smartphone size everything looks fine. But running the banner on tablet size and then resizing down to smartphone size, then some elements will position weirdly. Your task is to find out why this is happening and possibly adjust/edit css or html so it works fine. I have done a screencast to show the issue and I will send this to the providers I find interesting. I need someone to look at this right away.
