I need a few customization for my opencart store. these include adding a new field to admin panel and invoice, and setting default order status in admin depending on a particular option value chosen. Also need a csv export of all pending orders that can be uploaded to a shipping courier (Royal Mail DMO) to create labels etc.

Before I do anything I need to see your store. Adding a fields is not a problem, even there is slight possibility to add them without modifying the core code of Opencart. The CSV export could be easy too, but if the courier that you mentioned offers API support then we can just inject the orders in their own system. Let me know if you are interested.
