I currently have a WordPress base template with bootstrap. I need someone to write the html markup and CSS for my base template. This web design should be focused on optimization and attention to details. The ONLY image on the entire website will be the background image. The ENTIRE design will be written in CSS and HTML. The responsive design should look clean and correct on multiple screen sizes. It must support all major browsers, including IE9+. Only web safe fonts should be used. Times New Romain should be the main font. No external fonts should be added to the template. Skills you need to have to complete this job: • PHP • HTML • CSS (clean minimal and optimized CSS) • BootStrap • WordPress (Know how to write php for Wordpress and configure.) • Responsive Design Pages will be the same as on the mockup image. The final product will be a fully working WordPress site, using my base wordpress template. Skills: Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress Please send me a proposal with some work you have done in the past so I can get a feel for your style. Thank you!
