Fix issue with background GPS tracking on a html app on iOS

I made an HTML app (converted with Phonegap) It is a survey on html with 5 questions and after it, a page with a google map with a button Start/Finish, in order to tracking the route that user walk between 2 points. This app works well on Android and is published on Play Store: [login to view URL] The app is published on App Store Too but there are an issue for me on iOS: [login to view URL] Issue is that tracking don't works always, only first seconds, but after, when phone turns screen off, stow tracking. I think that don't works when locked screen (background mode). Tasks are: 1. Fix the issue 2. Publish (upload) the app on Apple store (i have an account on [login to view URL] service to do it) My budget is 40 usd Don't bid if you don't agree with it.
