Cartoonist for Small Business Advertising Project

We are looking for someone to take over what our former free-lance artist began. We have a character that we need accurately reproduced for business brochures, post cards, etc. The aesthetic is simple, mid-century line art similar to the Vault Boy character. We will, at some point, need an animator but the cartoonist and the animator do not have to be the same person. We are a very small business near Ft. Worth.
