Complex Illustration for T Shirt

Hello,

 Job: I am looking for someone to create a high quality illustration. It is quite complicated and, whilst I have the elements I would like include and an idea of the overall design, it will need someone with a creative flair to bring to life as a cohesive idea. I will need the design in a suitable file format as well as a vector mock up of the design on the back of a white T shirt.
 The Design: I would like the design to be a very raw representation of the elements of Sicily, Italy. Each element needs to cohesively intertwine and flow into the next and it should resemble one intricate graphic as opposed to being a set of stand alone images that are just placed next to each other. I have attached an image as a demonstration of the design layout. I have used images that are similar to what I would like but please feel free to interpret and design accordingly with your own creative freedom. An explanation of each element, as shown in the image, is as follows: (a) At the centre of the design is the Trinacrea, the symbol of Sicily. It is the head of Medusa with wings, three legs and three strands of wheat. (b) At the base should be rolling hills, with Mount Etna (an active volcano) at the heart, pummelling smoke out of the bottom that winds around the lower leg of the trinacria (c) To the lower left will be the famous greek temples of Agrigento. (d) Out of these will spawn a giant lemon tree with twisted branches that sprawl across the top left of the design. These will grow and wrap around the top leg of the trinacria. (d) Across the top and top right of the design will be a representation of Eolo, the god of wind. He will be blowing wind down throughout the design. (e) Towards the bottom left will be a representation of the sea. This will be in the form of the twisting tentacles of an octopus moving up through the design, wrapping around the lower leg of the trinacria. Style I am looking for a certain style for the design. The artwork should be very raw and dramatic. I am looking for it to be quite intricate and black and white. It will eventually go the back of a T shirt as a design.
