I have exported all my videos onto external hard drive but cannot reimport them and/or cannot watch them on my interactive TV as they are apparently in the wrong format, can you help?

I don't use Imovie but premier pro. If you tell me the TV make you have and depending on the amount of footage you have I can export it for you in the right format and transfer back to you in a day, again it depends on how much you need exported.
