We have ongoing work for a fast reliable freelancer to provide us with help with two things
1. To complete Hazard Registers for various industries.
We would provide you with a company, you would then research all possible hazards that the company might face, and write this up into our hazard register.
You will need to assess the hazard using the risk criteria we have (easy to do) and then put in place a control measure for it. We already have a large library of hazards, assessments and possible controls so you could access this.
We then normally do a Google search to find any other hazards in the industry or in that type of business and add these to the hazard register.
Ongoing work for the right person and have four hazard registers for you to start now.
2. To update our H&S Manual templates with client specific information - most of the work is already done so this requires someone with good eye to detail to ensure that the information is correct for that type of company/industry. You will refer to relevant code of practices and regulations that my impact and may also recommend any other H&S policies that they may need based on their company/industry (eg if it was construction they would need falling from height policy).
If we have the policy in the library already, you would use that policy - if not, you would google and find a suitable template to use.
The whole H&S Manual is 50 pages in total and half of these are templated forms that will not require any changes. The main checking is in the Emergency Procedures area, and the hazard area (as point 1 above) and ensuring that it has the right company logo and company representatives in it.
It takes me on average around 2-4 hours to complete both of these (to give you a guideline)

Hazard example and flowchart attached - note we already have a good starting point to work from with the hazards however there will are four new industries that you would initially start off with eg food preparation, furniture design and installation, education, distillery
