I'm a Nursing graduate that is why I'm very keen details and every single information is important for me. I have done a lot of researches especially when I was still a student and have graduated last 2011. I used to be a customer service representative in a large credit card company from Canada and telecommunication company from United States. From those companies, we always assure to provide the best quality service that our customers deserve to have, we just don't give phone calls but we also target to have 100% customer satisfaction. I used to be an online English teacher to my Japanese students through Skype, making sure that the student will learn and also enjoy my class. I used to transcribe audios at the Odesk website as well. From the work experiences that I had, it requires strong computer and Microsoft office skills, I also have the capability to multitask, has great organizational skills, impressive communication skills both written and verbally, I can prioritize events in a fast pace environment, very energetic , very friendly and highly adaptable.
