Flypark Webset management / database design - repost

I require someone to manage and continually improve my website design which integrates with our database booking system. This is Java based. I am very small business but would like good ideas how to improve efficiency for both my staff and customers. I have stated 4 hrs per week but this is probably an average. Also would include optimization. I also invest in "ad words" but would like the generic Google rating to improve.
