Ongoing SEO Projects

I am searching for an expert SEO with whom to establish an ongoing business relationship. I need to optimise several websites every month. Ranging from small, to reasonably large and across many different industries. My criteria to choose someone is based on your proposed methodology. For example, I usually provide clients with an initial diagnosis, analysing their websites and suggesting the best keywords based on popularity, search volume and several other factors. Then, on the ongoing monthly optimisation I need someone who is an expert in WHITE HAT practices that improve rankings in reasonable time frames. This could be a very beneficial long-term relationship so please provide details of your methodology and why you think I should trust you with my valuable clients. Also, please be very specific about your deliverables, formats (reports, et cetera) and timeframes. We would begin immediately with two small websites and based on results we would start increasing the workflow. Please include details of how would you charge for different websites, some in very niche industries but some others in very competitive retail categories.
