SEO link building and on-page and off-page optimization

We need a professional SEO GURU for our website's SEO. It is important that you are experienced in SEO/Marketing campaigns and be able to prove your work and experience. We are a US-based ecommerce company. Our website specializes in digital camera, camcorder and power tool batteries, as well as chargers, cables, memory cards, and other gadgets and accessories for products such as cellphone, iPod, iPad, Blackberry,etc. Our domain is 6yrs old, we have 6yrs of google adwords data if necessary, so you can use that keyword data to complete this project if you find it useful. We need a STRONG SEO Campaign launched - a full-scale back-link building campaign on PR3+ sites, to put us on page 1 of Google, Yahoo/MSN, as well as other search engines. Our first link-back goal is 300 link-backs. Then we will start with a few dozen keywords, generic (digital camera battery) as well as exact product model numbers (canon bp-511), and then can grow this project to include more and more products. We also need you to be able to suggest/consult us on other SEO improvements on-site as well as off-site and IMPLEMENT them.
