SEO Offpage

Hi, I own and operate several websites and youtube channels and would like to increase traffic to them. What I need is offpage SEO help, mainly backlinks. I am only interested in high quality backlinks built with white hat methods. Instead of writing down project details I ask you to recommend a project to boost my site. For this first project I need an offer to improve SERP on google for a complete new website with great unique content. Competitors on first google page have at top only PR 2 and a few backlinks each. Please provide an offer like this example: 10 web 2.0 articles from top blogs 10 web 2.0 blogs 30 high pagerank social bookmarks 3 squidoo lenses 5 backlinks from doc sharing sites 8 links from authority social bookmarks sites submission made to 40 web directories and social signals: 20 google 1+s, 20 likes, 1 tweet and 30 re-tweets Total Cost: 50€ and 50€ bonus if the website appears on first page of google. All methods used here in a way that google wont ban the website. For example links are built over a longer period of time rather than in 1-2 days (would look very unnatural to google). Spinning article software is allowed. No automated link building software allowed. Backlinks should be in relevant keyword anchor text. I am looking forward to your offers.
