SEO work on several sites. Ongoing business

We are looking for an ongoing business relation which can assist us in reaching the targets we have for our customers. We are looking for serious individuals or a company with extensive linkbuilding experience and who know all the principal elements of good, white hat SEO. The searchengine we primarily need to target is Google. We are open to new strategies but are not interested in non-indexed forum profiles, ping sites or other crappy sites with no value! We are looking for partners who has acces to link-catalogues, blogs (all blogs are welcome, own, or blogs under blogger, blogspot or wordpress is ok) Naturally we would like the pages we get the links from to have the highest PR values possible. Sites under PR2 are not interesting and will not be accepted! Relevance of the linking sites are desirable but not crucial All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW otherwise its not a link. Redirect links are not accepted. No cloaking or doorways. No black-hat strategies No Spamming Only one-way links No links from paid sites No links from porn sites – animal abuse sites, arms sites, drug or warez sites. No link farms accepted. Permanent HTML links are desired and they should include the target keywords which we will provide for the project in anchor text. The link page itself must be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days. You will need to provide us with the following during the project A google spreadsheet before payment consisting of: The Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank IP address Date placed. Once a price is negotiated. We split the payment in 2 or 3. Before negotiating a deal we will have to review samples of your work – so please be ready to provide us with say 10-15 links which you have already build so we can review your work.
