Need a Facebook page and lots of likes!

We need a facebook page created to advertise a special promotion we are conducting for charities in Australia and are interested in marketing to all Australians over 18. This page needs to promote our website but must adhere to all the rules and regulations of Facebook so that we are not banned. All logos, images and other text needed to create the page can be provided and we need many likes as soon as possible. We are running a number of Art Unions for charities and we are looking for patrons to buy $10 scratchie tickets for the chance to win big prizes. Half of every ticket sold goes straight to the charity and all the charities that get involved will also like our promotion page. So to recep we need someone to build and run a facebook page for us and get as much exposure to Australians that are over 18 as possible.
