Drug Release Profile of ibuprofen -Loaded PLGA Nanoparticles with Different Types of PLGA

I would like to ask for help for finding all the article about this topic Poly (d,l-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) is biodegradable and biocompatible polymer used in drug delivery control. The development of nanoparticles-loaded PLGA drugs can prolong the release of action. There is lots of work conducted to develop nanomedicine from this polymer. Therefore, the purpose of this research carried out are to prepare and characterise the Ibuprofen-loaded PLGA nanoparticles, determine the drug content of profile. Solvent evaporation method is used.
