iOS Photo Frame app

Development of a universal app that is optimized for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad devices. The app arranges photos either taken with camera or from the camera roll into user selected frame/border and add text caption. It must allow the user to complete the following actions: Add a photo that has already been taken or take new photo with front or rear camera Select border/ frame style Add/Delete the photo from selected frame/border Undo selected frame/border Adjust border color, border width Zoom, pan, and rotate photos within frame/border Add a text box, move and resize it, and type a caption with selected font style and size Save the new full resolution version of the photo to the camera roll Share the new full resolution version photo though email, and social media sites In app purchase to remove ads or for bonus pack which includes more frame/border styles. There will be 9 to 18 border styles and 9 frame styles (possibly more). There will be two font types with three sizes each (six styles total). Border style should be able to contain a maximum of 4 photos. Frame style will contain 1 photo. I am looking for an experienced developer.
