I want a program written in Java which would accept a Hex IR code like "20DFFF00" and write a .WAV file using the code. The Hex IR code is the infrared code which is a command for say "switching ON a LG television".

I have some experience writing IR controllers for hobby robotics. I assume you want the wav file generated according to the RC-5 standard or similar. If you can tell me the standard I can do this easily. I can write you an Android app to do this if that's what you require.

Would like to clarify, where must it get this IR-code from and how it should generate a wav-file. If you have got an API for getting code and wav-files must be got from a database, I don't see anything hard here.
