Converting button text into real text CONSTANT REFRESHING

I need a fairly simple / small project done. The concept is a bit weird, however, being a past programmer and right now not good enough to create this I know that if you know the concept you can do it. So looking at the image you can see a blue side and red side. The middle text is not needed for this, the numbers constantly move up and down the middle section, as well as, change in the blue and red section pretty much every second. I need a simple software that takes these numbers (which are buttons) so somehow getting the number value from it like a scanner would use OCR to turn hard text to text and add up the blue side to give me a constantly refreshing number and the red side to do the same AS it moves up and down the scale. So like a simple highlighting area where to get numbers from it is monitor length and stays same place just goes up and down the price part in the middle. It's quite hard to explain but in simple terms. Need the numbers added up showing me blue side total and left side total which refreshes on a per second basis... If you have any questions let me know.
